LaSAS Academies The curriculum at LaSAS is set up for a student to get an exploration of the different areas of agriculture during their eighth, ninth, and tenth grade years. After that, the students can then concentrate in one area, or academy. The three academy areas are Agriscience, Construction, and Food Science. Once in an academy, students then follow a track of selected courses in addition to their regular academic curriculum classes.
